-What influences have you had from your environment?
Well, I've been very influenced by my father, of course, by Chiquetete, by Paco de Lucía... I think we've all learned from them, so we've been greatly influenced.
-What objectives do you have in mind?
I'm going to do a tribute to my father with several artists, I have to record no matter what because I'm already a bit shameless (laughs) so we'll start recording soon.
-What is the most important thing to you besides music?
My family and my children.
-Would you like your children to follow your path?
It's a very beautiful path, you work very hard, you have to travel many miles away from home, I wouldn't like that.
-What do you express in your creations that have to do with your experiences?
Well, I am a lover of love and heartbreak, I think love is measured in ballads, I emphasize love a lot in my creations.
-What do you think is more important, to have a long musical career or to have a short but intense one?
It depends on the moment of the situation, it is a very difficult life, I prefer short but intense.
-How do you see the evolution of the industry in Spain?
Rate it in a positive or negative way. At the flamenco level, yes, what is orthodox flamenco is true that it is much better than it was before but I think that if you don't do fusions you don't reach the great mass, I stay in the fusion.
